Sunday Stats – Week 1 – Again

My Progress – Week 1

Goal #1 – Diet – Since I am starting fresh this week, I spent the day getting all of my tools updated with current dates and current goals.  I use a set of spreadsheets to track my progress.  I find that logging things this way helps keep me focused on my goals.  The days that I fail to log are the days that I also seem to fail to focus…and I cheat.

So this week, I don’t have stats to share for my first goal, which was to begin keeping track of my blood sugar levels.  I’ve set up the spreadsheets I’m going to start using to track this and will work to keep them updated throughout the week.  Next week, I should have a filled out chart to show!

Beginning of the Week

Goal #2 – Exercise – 30 Min. Cardio/4 days – My exercise goal for the week is to achieve at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 or more days of the week.  I think this will be a fairly easy goal to achieve this week.  My current step goal is 20,000 steps which takes awhile to get to.

Today I set up my excel logs so that I can start tracking my exercise again.  Next week, we’ll see how I did.  Since I am currently working on the Rise Higher 600 mile challenge, I expect to have some really good results next week!

Progress has begun!

Goal #3 – Diet – Macro Tracking – Since I am choosing to live a Keto lifestyle, I need to track my macros each day to ensure that I’m staying within my calorie budget and meeting my goals on the various macros.  Today, I set up my spreadsheet to begin logging my macros each day.

Next week, we’ll see how I did.  So far, for today, I’m seeing larger consumption of protein and fat which is the goal!

What’s Next?

So now that I’m starting fresh…again… I’ve set up my tool set to reflect my current goals.  I’ll be back this time next week to let you know how I’m doing on those goals.
