My Progress – Week 7
That said, I will try again tomorrow to start anew. Here are my goals for this week:
Goal #1 – Diet – Start tracking my fasting blood sugar, no matter what.
Goal #2 – Exercise – 30 Min. Cardio/4 days – My exercise goal for the week is to do at least 3 days with at least 100 active minutes. No excuses.
Goal #3 – Diet – Macro Tracking – Track what I eat no matter what. Even if I’m cheating. Track it.
Goal #4 – Measurements – Take measurements of my progress, even if I think it will be bad.
What’s Next?
Last week was definitely a total failure. The plan this week is to start making healthy choices again. Start eating clean and start tracking everything again. Even if I slip up, the plan is to track it and get this train back on track.
That’s it. Let’s do it.
