Sunday Stats – Ki – Week 1 – October Fitness Challenge

October Challenge – 2018

So yeah, I’ve already failed the fitness challenge for the month.  In hindsight, it was silly of me to set it up a challenge where something has to be achieved every single day.  I’m just not there yet.  I’m not that consistent and I need rest days.

Monday through Thursday was great.  I was pumped up and ready to go.  I  did an actual cardio routine three times this week which made me super sore.  I also started meal prepping again and trying to track all of the nutritional information that went along with those meals and trying to type out the recipes for this site.

10-7-2018 – October Fitness Challenge

Friday I was too sore to do the cardio routine so I skipped it.  I still got up and did 10 minute cardio workouts but I forgot to do the third one so I missed Friday because I got side tracked on other things.  Once I realized that I had failed the challenge, motivation was shot.  So I didn’t even try Saturday or today.  Shame on me.

Unfortunately, I set up the challenge in such a way that I’ve killed my motivation early on.  Since I’ve already failed the entire challenge, I have no motivation to continue the challenge.  Despite that, I’m going to try to re-motivate myself to get up and be active this month despite having already failed.  We’ll see how that goes.

Not feeling much like a badass at the moment.

Talk soon,
