New Challenge & New Goals
Holy Moly it's OVER! Oh I couldn't be more grateful for the end to come. I hated this challenge.
I kind of feel with as much effort as went into it, there should be far more change.
But on the other hand I'm still swollen from the cyst burst so maybe there is. I just can't see it yet.
That being said. I don't hold out much hope for that because Christmas. Carbs and candy man. That's been a downfall this month.
I'm super glad the month is over!
December Challenge - 2018 - Final Days
Sunday - December 30th - Day 29
The person who wrote this challenge was a sadist. I'm totally sure of that. 240 squats what the actual... insert your own expletives here. I'm heavy ya'll… this is work! Not to mention that it's boring! SO boring. I haven't done any other workouts except the challenge in a minute. That's my fault really. I haven't really felt the gym this month. New year... new goals.
Monday - December 31st. - Day 30
LAST DAY! I struggled so hard to get this day done. It was a long day at work and then to turn around and to come home and 250 squats.. WHAT!? No.. .that's too much. I would like to revisit this challenge when my insides are cooperating with me.
So how did I do?
End of week measurements:
Bicep: 13.5 Inches
Chest: 45 Inches
Upper Abs: 42 Inches
Lower Abs: 43 Inches
Hips: 43 Inches
Thigh: 21 Inches
Weight: 194.6 Pounds
Not so bad. How about the points?

- Post done by Tuesday: 1 point
- One point for measurements taken: 3 points earned
- Total Points for the week: 10
- Total points for the challenge: 110
