New Challenge & New Goals

30 Day Guns, Buns, & Ab Challenge Tracker

Holy Moly it’s OVER! Oh I couldn’t be more grateful for the end to come. I hated this challenge.

I kind of feel with as much effort as went into it, there should be far more change.

But on the other hand I’m still swollen from the cyst burst so maybe there is. I just can’t see it yet.

That being said. I don’t hold out much hope for that because Christmas. Carbs and candy man. That’s been a downfall this month.

I’m super glad the month is over!

December Challenge – 2018 – Final Days

Sunday – December 30th – Day 29

The person who wrote this challenge was a sadist. I’m totally sure of that. 240 squats what the actual… insert your own expletives here. I’m heavy ya’ll… this is work! Not to mention that it’s boring! SO boring. I haven’t done any other workouts except the challenge in a minute. That’s my fault really. I haven’t really felt the gym this month. New year… new goals.

  1. Sheesh that sounds so rough! I stumbled across this page of your website so I’m sure I’m missing some background information and key details that I might need to search through other articles to find, but what kind of a challenge is this!? 250 squats!? That’s nuts. 🙂 Sounds like you’re super happy to be done with it.

  2. Wow, you are better than I when it comes to exercising and sticking to it.  I have a hard enough time sticking to my Bowflex Max daily.

I have to say the measurements don’t lie and that you did it in December, the month of binging, impressive.

So what’s next?  You can’t just stop.  There’s at least a maintenance mode to go into.

    Keep it up!

  3. I love fitness and I have been doing some challenges as well but I find it hard to stick to it. A few days in I usually find myself steering away from it and finding “better” things to do. I might still do a workout but not just the one I am supposed to be doing. Do you have any tips on how to stay motivated through a whole challenge?
