I’m weighing in at 202 today. I lost 2 inches in my hips this week but everywhere else pretty much stayed the same.  My bicep got bigger but that’s muscle so I’m good with that.


Daily Activities

I didn’t do so well on steps this week, guys.  My goal was 15,000 each day but I ended up getting lazy after the first 3 days.  I was worn out this week.  Team Sloth caught us.  Team RoadRunner is going to have to step up the game.

Weekly Round Up

Total steps for this week: 78,760 taken

My daily average steps: 11,554

This week was not very successful for me but I will keep my goal of 15,000 steps per day and keep trying.  I am definitely not going to turn in the towel.  Sorry Team Sloth, I don’t give up.

So Team Sloth caught us…but can she keep up that pace?  Does she have the determination to win this thing?


Goals for this upcoming week:

  1. More water, I need to force that 4th bottle each day.
  2. Bodyweight Exercises 4 times this week.
  3. 7 hours of sleep each night.
  4. 15,000 steps a day.

Overall, team RoadRunner plans to kick ass this week while watching out for coyote roadblocks! Anybody out there cheering me on?
