Get Moving

This week, I failed once again.  I didn’t give it any effort this week to be honest.  Things are still stressful with the house building stuff so I was focused on that all week.

My health really should be first and foremost before all else.  I need to make it a higher priority.  Therefore, my goal this week is to do exactly that.

I need to start tracking my macros and my activities again.  Also, I need to start tracking my blood sugar and my weight again.

Finally, I need to start eating clean again and get up off my behind and get active again.  Those are my goals for this week.  They are the same goals as last week.  This week I will make it happen.  And when I do, I’ll be back to tell you how it went.  Promise.
