Gold’s Gym Step
The Gold’s Gym Step is an adjustable height step. There are tons of DVD’s out there to use this step with not to mention You Tube videos. I personally use it when I’m low on reaching my step goal for the day.
It’s as simple as busting out this bad boy and stepping up and down until I reach my goal for the day. I love it, it’s awesome. I wouldn’t trade it.
It’s hard plastic and can be adjusted to a taller height if I choose to do so. User friendly, if you are physically able to take a step up, you can use this piece of equipment.
Storage & Price
Storage isn’t too bad either. It’s short enough that it can be slid under a bed to put it away. That being said this is another piece of equipment I feel I got ripped off with. I paid $50 at Walmart for my step and looking at Amazon I could have gotten one as low as $22. I’m assuming I paid for a brand name. That’s what I get for wanting instant gratification. I over paid.
I would highly recommend getting a step for your home use. If you have a step taken goal it will help you achieve it. There really is nothing bad I can say about this particular piece of equipment.
