- Instead of eating 3 large meals, eat smaller meals and more frequently. Four to six small meals is a great goal to strive for.
- Chew More
- Chew your food longer. This will make you eat slower and allow you to stop when you feel full.

- Choose fruits and vegetables to snack on instead of chips and salsa, choose low-fat or nonfat dairy products, and eat leaner meat choices.
