CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar

Generally speaking, the CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar is a barbell that you do not have to change the weight on. It is a specific weight, the end. You cannot add or subtract weight to the bar.
The bar is solid steel construction coated in a soft rubber for easier grip. That makes it a little better than a standard barbell to me. It’s about three to four inches thick and around 50 inches long.
It has plastic caps that protect your flooring when you decide to try and use it like a flag just to see if you remember how to do a drop spin. Yeah… I did that.
Anyway, the CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar can be added to your workouts that you would use a barbell for. It’s very versatile. It can be used in workouts as varied as squats to Pilates.
Rating
I would rate the CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar as useful, but not necessary. As a beginner in the fitness world I got excited about this product because it looked user friendly. However, it doesn’t come with any suggested exercises. You pretty much need to use Google skills to find out what to do with this bar.
If storage space is limited for your equipment, it’s great because it’s a single bar. You don’t have a bunch of items to store. That being said it’s pricey.
Price

I got mine on a special deal for Amazon Prime
However, that being said these bars will cost between $18 and $30 each depending on the brand you choose all the way up to $200 for a set. That takes it out of my league for exercise equipment.
I would honestly say research each brands price point before investing your hard earned money.
Summary
If you are looking for a basic weight to learn on, the CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar is perfect. If you are looking for a way to increase or decrease weight as you go you may just want to invest in a traditional barbell set.
What kind of badass workouts can you come up with on it?
