Best Damn Race Florida Virtual Race Review
Neither of us had ever one first place before and we didn’t know that we would get a medal for doing so. It was the greatest of surprises after we finished this one. Being in first place most of the race was certainly motivating. Being knocked out of first place a time or two super charged our motivation and we made sure it didn’t happen again. As a result, we won!

Best Damn Race Florida – What I Liked
There were several things I liked about the Best Damn Race Florida:
- Top Quality Medals
- Competition Style
- Extra Awards
- Florida Theme
I did not expect to get a medal that was as nice as this was. Actually, I expected it to be a bit cartoonish, but it wasn’t. It was very classy. Very nice medal.
I liked that this challenge was more competitive than other challenges I’ve participated in. You get to see the status of all participants and you can adjust your game as needed according to where you want to be in the standings. Being #1 on the list certainly motivated the sloth and I to give it our best.
We earned a 1st place medal which we didn’t expect at all. In fact, I remember we questioned the instructions in the beginning because it warned us that if times weren’t necessary but additional rewards would not be given if times weren’t submitted. We were curious, so we made sure to enter our times. Our additional reward ended up being a 1st place medal. How cool!
Being from Florida, we loved the theme.
Best Damn Race Florida – What I Disliked
To be fair, this review should also report what I didn’t like about it, right? There weren’t many things I disliked about this race. But there were definitely a few:
- No Mobile App
- No Device Sync
- Limited Time Availability
There is no mobile app for this challenge. Everything is done through the website. There is also no device syncing. So each day, we had to go in and enter our stats manually. This means you have to keep track of your activities and your pace each day. That was a bit annoying.
Unfortunately, this challenge was only available for a limited time. It started on June 15, 2020 and ended November 30, 2020. So, you can’t sign up for now. I find that sad. It was such a cool challenge. That said, I have seen that they are doing these races in person again. So there’s that.
Best Damn Race Florida – Summary
Super motivating!
I do not regret this race. In fact, it has motivated me to join many others! I will never forget this challenge. I’m so sorry you didn’t get to participate in it if you missed it. It was a great one.
