I’m slipping ya’ll. I don’t know where my motivation is. I have yet to step foot in a gym. That’s the whole point to getting back to the challenges. Getting motivated again! I have lost some weight this month. Unfortunately I’m still working on getting back to where I was in January. It’s slow going. I need to remember why I jumped on this journey. I want to feel great inside and out.

Progress on My Goals

Personal goals

I’m so sucking at getting back to the gym. The one closer to the place I work right now has opened. I just haven’t gone. I’d love to know where I put my motivation. If you find it could you send it back home?

Each challenge task is worth one point upon completion. The baseline week of tasks was worth 8 points, I earned 7. The first week of tasks was worth 26 points, I earned 25. So I had 32 points going into week 2 and 67 points going into week 3.

This week, there were 35 tasks worth one point each.

Measuring my thigh each week is worth 1 point.

Posting my stats on time (by 6pm Sunday) is also worth 1 point.

Therefore, this week there are 37 points available, but I lost 1 point because I didn’t get my stats posted by 6pm on Sunday.

Points Earned: 36

Total Challenge Points: 103
