New Challenge & New Goals
I’m slipping ya’ll. I don’t know where my motivation is. I have yet to step foot in a gym. That’s the whole point to getting back to the challenges. Getting motivated again! I have lost some weight this month. Unfortunately I’m still working on getting back to where I was in January. It’s slow going. I need to remember why I jumped on this journey. I want to feel great inside and out.
March Challenge – 2019 – Week 3
Week 3 Measurements
- Thigh: 21.5″
- Weight: 194.5
Day 17 – Sunday
I did my work out today. But after that I did as little as possible. I wasn’t feeling it.
Day 18 – Monday
I’ve been in a funk. I’m not really sure why I’ve felt so funktastic lately, I just have. I went to work and then did my work out. I did nothing more than that.
Day 19 – Tuesday
Long day at work. I actually ended up going home from work two hours early. I think my fed up meter is full. I did my workout. After that I took a shower and started letting my brain beat me up about everything wrong with my life.
Day 20 – Wednesday
Went to work. I got off early and spent the rest of the day running errands. I did my workout late. Still no gym.
Day 21 – Thursday
Worked came home wishing for something new. I did my workout and then mowed my lawn. That’s it. I was done for the day. I came inside and started putting in applications for different employment. A change will do me good.
Day 22 – Friday
Today is my short day at work. I was off by 11. Went and cleaned my sister’s house. Went to my mom’s house. Realized I missed a call for a job. Called back and scheduled an interview. Yay me! I hope it’s a positive outcome. Did my workout feeling good.
Day 23 – Saturday
Lazy today ya’ll! I went to my interview and hung out with my mom. Other than that, I did my workout and played with my dogs. Days off I have trouble getting motivated.
Progress on My Goals
I’m so sucking at getting back to the gym. The one closer to the place I work right now has opened. I just haven’t gone. I’d love to know where I put my motivation. If you find it could you send it back home?
Each challenge task is worth one point upon completion. The baseline week of tasks was worth 8 points, I earned 7. The first week of tasks was worth 26 points, I earned 25. So I had 32 points going into week 2 and 67 points going into week 3.
This week, there were 35 tasks worth one point each.
Measuring my thigh each week is worth 1 point.
Posting my stats on time (by 6pm Sunday) is also worth 1 point.
Therefore, this week there are 37 points available, but I lost 1 point because I didn’t get my stats posted by 6pm on Sunday.
Points Earned: 36
Total Challenge Points: 103
