New Challenge & New Goals

This is a butt challenge. No joke, I really need to get off of mine. I don’t know why or where my motivation to stay on track went. I’m sure I put it in a safe place. It doesn’t matter where it went, I have to fake it until I make it back there. My health is important I shouldn’t be playing hit or miss with it so much.

Day 20 – Sunday
Happy Easter for those that celebrate that kind of thing. What it meant to me was that I went over and cooked at my mom’s house. No little kids anymore to hide Easter eggs. It was a lot of standing in one spot. But I did make myself do the challenge workout. I also ate a ton of carbs… but baby steps back on the wagon. Oh… and candy. I ate a metric ton of that too.

Day 21 – Monday
Busy work days are busy work days. But that’s all this was. I was busy at work but in the grand scheme of things I could have done more. I did the work out, but then slid over and ate all the leftover carb loaded Easter dinner.

Day 22 – Tuesday
Off work today. I took my kid to get a test done and then to the doctor to get results from tests she already did. Fun huh? Not really. What I did find was my kid gained weight and she has high cholesterol. This is my fault because I control her diet. When it’s obvious that my poor choices are not just affecting me it’s time to truly get back on the wagon. I promised a baked potato tonight, but tomorrow we go back to being strict. I did the workout for the challenge after getting home from all the appointments. I don’t see myself doing much else today. Tomorrow is a new day.

Day 23 – Wednesday
Today was a work day. It was a really hard day. It was just super busy and I wasn’t even thinking about anything else. I almost forgot to do the workout. I did get around to it. I didn’t do anything else.

Day 24 – Thursday
The bending in and out of the coolers and ice machines are kinda hard on my back. It’s workable. It’s not super painful. I just get kinda stiff when work is over. It’s busy and I come home. Do the workout and then just chill. I had plans to go to the gym every day. I just didn’t do it.

Day 25 – Friday
Work day. After work I went to my sisters and spent five hours cleaning for her to have an inspection to buy the home. I didn’t do the workout. By the time I got home, I wasn’t having any part of working out or whatever. Shower and chilling was it.

Day 26 – Saturday
Okay so I worked. Saturday’s are a little slower. That’s okay. It was boring at work but okay. After I worked, I came home and did my sister’s laundry. (Yeah, I’m getting paid for that. So I’m doing that.) I then went to dinner with my sister, her husband and a friend at a Mexican restaurant. Whoa the carbs! But it was delicious. After that I went to see Avengers Endgame. Late movie. I got home around 4 in the morning. Nope on the working out today. But hey… I saw Avengers.
