New Challenge & New Goals
My "don't wanna" has hit an all time high. Even my inner Sloth is like "Yo... you might want to get up off that chair a lil bit." Highly protesting that idea. Let's go through the week shall we?
April Challenge - 2019 - Week 3
Week 3 Measurements
- Hips: 42"
- Waist: 41"
- Weight: 192
Day 13 - Sunday
Day off today. I decided I wasn't going out of my house all day. I literally just stayed around the house. I did the workout today but nothing else.
Day 14 - Monday
Today was rough. Mondays are very busy at work. By the time I got off work, I was arguing with the Sloth on if I should sit down or not. For once the Sloth was on the side of no. I took a nap. I won?
Day 15 - Tuesday
Off work today. I went grocery shopping and a few other errands with my mom. But I didn't do the workout. The gym was out of the question Annnnnnddd… candy wrappers are starting to appear on my desk.
Day 16 - Wednesday
Work day. My brain says it was a hard day because I was off the day before. I love Vanilla Chai Tea... refuse to look how many calories or carbs are in it. I'm not really caring. Carbs have started to appear on our dinner plate again.
Day 17 - Thursday
Another day off. I'm not liking this every other day schedule but it's crunch time for Easter so off to buy basket filler for my child. Amazingly somehow that ended up to be a bag for her and a bag for me... all candy. This is a habit that has to stop. Mountain Dew is sneaking back in one bottle at a time. I bought Chai tea latte to make at home.
Day 18 - Friday
Work day. Bummed that I have to work tomorrow. I come home and do nothing else. It's fine... but the candy wrappers seem to be multiplying quickly. The Sloth is concerned... he wants me to slow my intake of the sweets.
Day 19 - Saturday
Bread, candy, soda... it's a trifecta of wrong but I'm consuming it daily. I'm not working out. I'm eating poorly. I think I have spiraled. Part of me feels like I've just given up again. The other part of me wants to say "Hold up... you are just slumping". I'm not sure what I am. I know this is pure inactivity on my part.
Progress on My Goals
Nope, No progress to report. Just bad behaviors.
Nothing to report here either. I did it once this week. That's it.
