New Challenge & New Goals
This week was a chore to get through. Obviously, it’s actually April 23rd when I’m writing this. Obviously keeping up my end of things was not done.
April Challenge – 2019 – Week 2
Week 2 Measurements
- Hips: 42″
- Waist: 41 “
- Weight: 193
Day 6 – Sunday
Day off yay! I did the work out. I can not say that I did much else. My fitbit died shortly after I woke up. I put it on the charger and promptly forgot about it.
Day 7 – Monday
Today was hell. I really thought about quitting my brand new job and going back to the old one today. On the plus side, I went to the gym for the first time in forever to sweat out the mini melt down I was having. I totally forgot to put my fitbit back on, I don’t have any steps for today.
Day 8 – Tuesday
I got an attagirl at work today. I’m still not sure about it. I can feel a spiral coming on. Those aren’t pleasant to go through. I’m not working out. I did not do the workout.
Day 9 – Wednesday
Big no again.
Day 10 – Thursday
Nuh uh. I didn’t do anything health related.
Day 11 – Friday
Still nada. I feel like I’m getting better at work. But nope. Nothing workout related.
Day 12 – Saturday
Off today. I ran errands. But I did not work out.
Progress on My Goals
I have no progress on anything to discuss. Other than getting used to the new job, I have done nothing.
